State Senator Blackwell launches new and improved website for Mississippi Voters

JACKSON, MS – State Senator Kevin Blackwell (DISTRICT 19) today announced the launch of his new website, complete with new user-friendly tools to track his activities while in session and an improved map of his district for constituents.

“The new website is an improvement from the previous one,” said Blackwell.  “The site is smart-phone friendly and makes it easier for my constituents to keep up-to-date with my activates here while in Jackson.”

The website also includes an emphasis on social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook, streamlines constituents’ ability to communicate with Senator Blackwell, and a new mapping feature that highlights Blackwell’s district in Mississippi. The site also provides excellent customer services tools for my voters.

“I am committed to improving ways for the voters in Mississippi to have available access to me as I am in office. This is their office, and should have the most up-to-date technology to interact with me.”

Last month, State Senator Kevin Blackwell was sworn in to the State Senate in Jackson. Blackwell serves as Vice-Chairman of the Insurance committee for Mississippi.
